Who is responsible
VIVAZ, a creator marketing agency based in Brazil, decides how the data on this site is used and is accountable for it. Any privacy or data protection request, including those under Brazil's LGPD, goes to agencia@vivaz.gg.
What we collect
When you send a brief, you provide your name, email address, and a project summary. Role, brand, budget, timing, categories, and creator interest are optional or depend on where you started. We also record the IP address for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use this information to reply, understand the brief, route the right conversation, protect the form against abuse, and maintain an operational history of the inquiry.
Optional analytics
With your choice, we may record roster discovery interactions and inquiry steps such as opening, starting, submitting, and technical acceptance of a brief. This telemetry is sent only after analytics consent and never includes names, email addresses, or brief content.
Data outside Brazil
Cloudflare, Resend, and Slack are companies based outside Brazil, so data sent through the site may be processed in other countries. These services only handle the jobs described above: verifying the form, delivering messages, and alerting the team.
How long we keep it
We retain data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, meet applicable obligations, preserve security, and resolve disputes. After that, it should be deleted or anonymized where possible.
Your rights and contact
You can request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, or information about processing through the email address below. We will confirm your identity before fulfilling requests involving personal data.
agencia@vivaz.ggSecurity
We apply validation, bot protection, rate limiting, and access controls. No system is infallible; if we identify a relevant incident, we will follow the applicable response measures.
